August 16 to 31

August 16: Ashtanga with Neil

Led Ashtanga became totally different today. With my deep faith, that no condition is bigger than God, I believe I'm on the road to recovery. Im folding deeper and deeper in every breath. I'm loving the changes.

August 17: Flow with Aisa

Hot A with Aisa seemed endless. Another No No I realized is going to practice unourished. I only ate one meal yesterday and no breakfast today. Crazy idea! It's like going to battle unarmed. But nonetheless, I finished the practice without skipping any poses, though I'd pause every now and then to catch my breath. Good news!  In triangle pose, I can now reach the floor. And I'm more active during the day, too. Little baby steps to improvement.

I'm determined and inspired.

August 21: Hot A with Dinah

Had so much today!  Did yoga class, zumba and went to Anilao for the long weekend. Did some yoga practices too while at the beach. I even taught the kids some poses. I'm doing great and I know it.

Tomorrow is another day. See you at the mat!

August 22: Hot A with Dinah

First time to go to the Strata100 studio. It's very beautiful. I did Hot A with Dinah. My naughty 3 day weekend paid off. And towards the end of the class I recalled all the pork, rice, junk, and beer I took. The mat definitely collected hard and cruel today. But I will take Dinahs advice, listen to my body. Be careful with everything I put into my mind, body and soul. Another lesson learned.

August 23: Flow with Mae

As I take Dina's advice yesterday? I listened to my body. Took 2 classes today. Flow at 9am and power hour at 1230. And it feels so good. Flexibility back. Balance still at work. Today I visualized myself doing the bow pose and Headstand in full throttle.

While at practice, I kept thanking God for his continued healing. With my faith and determination nothing is impossible.

August 24: Hot A with Aisa

Some days are bad, some days are good. Did fairly well at Aisa's class today. I really feel more flexible now. Its just my balance that I want to work on. I'll get there.  I know it.

Oh and BP is 150/100.

August 26: Flow with Mae

Flow is becoming smoother. I had a fever last night but decided to go practice and I felt better after. No more fever even working now. To God be the glory.

August 27: Hot B with Ryan

Not only does my body feel great, but my mind seems to be convinced it can do anything. Today was a big class with Ryan.  I have an intuition that the number had something to do with the energy exchange. I felt very positive and vibrant after class. My intention today was to stay focused on achieving prosperity and abundance.  I know that when I reach my highest intentions, then I can be a blessing to others. Thus, glorifying God. Then I do all things with highest meanings and peak performance.

August 30: Flow with Mae

2 days without yoga is a killer.  I had done a 2 day coaching course for a petroleum company. It was fun and best of all I was able to wear high heels from 9-6pm. Isn't that amazing? And on both days, I even had meetings after coaching that lasted until 10pm.

I'm back. Did flow this morning and it was so easy, so here I am doing another Power Hour in 30 minutes.

Life is good.

August 1 to 15

August 1: Hot A with Aisa

If there are good days, today was definitely on of them.  No tremors at all today!

August 2: Flow with Tina

Flowed through Tina's class today.  I accomplished a lot in my work day because of my good practice this morning.

August 3: Hot A with Aisa

I feel like the elasticity of my muscles are slowly coming back because of all this yoga.  I even wore high heels to work today!  It gets better every single day.  I am even able to bind at the fingertips with some poses.  I love days like this.  Minimal tremors and great flexibility.

August 4: Flow with Emma

Flow with Emma was great today.  One breath, one pose.  Hardly any tremors today.  I loved the last 5 minutes of Savasana.  Still does a lot of relaxing to the mind and body.

August 6: no class

There will be regular practice tomorrow.

August 8: Hot B with Ryan and Power Hour with Mae

No yoga for 3 days nearly drove me nuts. That's why today, I decided to do Hot B and Power Hour.  It's like my body has muscle memorized yoga already. It's a relieving kind of joy to my stiff muscles to come back to yoga.  It craves the thawing experience each practice gives. I'll switch back to doing it daily.

August 9: Power Hour with Mae

Hot power hour!  The sun is out, rain has stopped, what more can I ask for. Great practice today. Stretchy and improved on standing bow pose.  Yay!

August 11: Ashtanga with Mae

Todays Led Ashtanga with Mae was full of energy, balance and flexibility.  Makes me so happy!  And the sweat makes me feel healthier than ever.

August 12: Hot B with Ryan

Hot B with Ryan today was awesome. Improved on my bow pose today. My stamina is restored, in fact I did plyometrics yesterday and did fine, though BP was up at 174/109. But all is well after Hot B.

August 13: Yin with Donna

Meditative yoga today was very calming. Staying in a pose for 5-9 minutes at a time helped control the shaking. Being more conscious of my breathing makes me calmer.

August 14: Astanga with Neil

I believe the journey has truly began. My body is telling me so much. With the help of yoga I am more conscious of how I think, feel and see. I listen to my body more and its capacity. I catch myself folding deeper and deeper each practice. Todays endless chaturanga, up dog and down dog seems lighter as well. Headstand might take a while, but its only a matter of time. Ill get there sooner than later.
